The emotional recording was played during a briefing for teachers and principals of Sekolah Rakyat at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. In the recording, Sofia Rorista Angel expressed her sincere gratitude to President Prabowo for transforming her life through Sekolah Rakyat.
Sofia shared how Sekolah Rakyat had changed her life, previously limited, into one full of hope and opportunity. She thanked President Prabowo for his care and support towards children in the East, highlighting his commitment to ensuring children like her could access education despite his busy schedule. Sofia likened President Prabowo to a parent who had guided her out of darkness and into the light.
She expressed her determination to achieve her dreams, crediting the opportunity provided by President Prabowo to study at Sekolah Rakyat. Sofia also extended her prayers for the President’s well-being and sent warm regards from Kupang, the City of Stone. President Prabowo was visibly moved to tears while listening to the touching message.
