President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, attended the 79th Bhayangkara Day commemoration ceremony before embarking on his official state visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dressed in a brown safari suit and black peci, Prabowo was seen at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in Jakarta, bidding farewell to high-ranking officials before boarding his presidential aircraft. Alongside him were Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Minister of Defense Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi, Foreign Minister Sugiono, and other prominent figures from both Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.

During his visit, President Prabowo aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two nations, focusing on the organization of the Hajj pilgrimage and potential strategic partnerships. Before departing for Saudi Arabia, he took a moment to observe military cadets rehearsing a marching band performance with Defense Minister Sjafrie at the airbase. The objective of the visit is to foster mutual understanding, enhance the relationship between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia, and promote collaboration for the benefit of both countries.
